  1. SERVICE ENQUIRIES

Customers may contact PFS through available Website forms, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.

Providing an enquiry does not automatically create a service contract.

PFS may request additional information about the property, garden, project requirements, preferred schedule, budget, materials, or other relevant circumstances before confirming a service.

  1. CONSULTATION AND SITE VISITS

Some projects may require an inspection or site visit before a quotation can be prepared.

Site conditions may affect the scope, feasibility, materials, labor requirements, schedule, and cost of a project.

Any consultation or site-visit fee, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before the service is provided.

  1. QUOTATIONS AND ESTIMATES

Quotations provided by PFS may be based on the information available at the time of preparation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation may be subject to:

• Site verification
• Material availability
• Plant availability
• Changes in customer requirements
• Additional work
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Transportation requirements
• Seasonal factors

A quotation becomes binding only when accepted and confirmed according to the applicable project terms.

  1. CHANGES TO PROJECT SCOPE

Customers may request changes to an agreed project.

Changes may affect:

• Project cost
• Completion date
• Materials
• Labor requirements
• Design
• Plant selection

Additional charges may apply to work or materials outside the original agreed scope.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Customers agree to pay the amount specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

PFS may require an advance payment before commencing certain projects.

Advance payments may be used to secure:

• Materials
• Plants and flowers
• Labor
• Equipment
• Transportation
• Project scheduling
• Customized arrangements

Payment terms may vary depending on the nature and size of the project.

  1. ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Once an advance payment has been made, PFS may begin procurement, preparation, scheduling, design, or other project-related activities.

If a customer cancels a project after PFS has incurred costs, applicable expenses may be deducted from any refundable amount.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional information regarding cancellations and refunds.

  1. SITE ACCESS

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the agreed work area.

If PFS personnel cannot access the property or work area due to circumstances outside PFS’s control, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

  1. WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Gardening and landscaping work is naturally affected by weather and environmental conditions.

Heavy rain, storms, strong winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, poor soil conditions, pest outbreaks, or other environmental factors may affect the timing or outcome of a project.

PFS may postpone work where conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.

  1. PLANTS, FLOWERS, AND NATURAL MATERIALS

Plants and flowers are living and naturally variable products.

Their size, color, shape, flowering stage, appearance, and availability may vary.

PFS may recommend an appropriate alternative where a requested plant or flower is unavailable, subject to customer requirements and project circumstances.

  1. PLANT ESTABLISHMENT AND SURVIVAL

PFS may provide planting and maintenance guidance, but plant survival cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Plant health may depend on:

• Watering
• Sunlight
• Soil
• Drainage
• Temperature
• Weather
• Pests
• Diseases
• Fertilization
• Maintenance
• Customer care

Unless a separate written warranty or guarantee is provided, PFS does not guarantee long-term survival of plants after installation.

  1. GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Where regular garden maintenance is provided, the agreed service frequency and scope will determine the services included.

Additional work outside the agreed maintenance package may incur additional charges.

Customers may be required to approve additional work before it is performed where the work falls outside the agreed scope.

  1. TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL

Tree pruning, trimming, and removal may involve significant risks.

PFS may assess the tree, surrounding structures, accessibility, equipment requirements, and safety conditions before undertaking the work.

PFS reserves the right to decline work where conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable.

  1. ROOFTOP AND BALCONY GARDENING

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property can safely support the proposed gardening installation.

For rooftop and balcony projects, customers may be required to obtain appropriate structural confirmation where necessary.

PFS is not responsible for structural defects, inadequate load capacity, waterproofing problems, or pre-existing property conditions unless expressly agreed in writing.

  1. IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

Irrigation services may include installation, maintenance, repair, drip systems, sprinkler systems, or other watering solutions.

Performance may depend on water pressure, water supply, electrical systems, existing plumbing, property layout, and equipment condition.

PFS cannot guarantee performance where the underlying water or property infrastructure is inadequate.

  1. PEST AND DISEASE CONTROL

PFS may provide pest and disease management services using appropriate methods based on the situation.

Where chemical products are required, they should be used according to applicable instructions and safety requirements.

PFS cannot guarantee permanent elimination of pests or diseases because environmental conditions may cause recurrence.

  1. LANDSCAPING AND HARDscaping

Landscape and hardscape projects may include construction, paving, edging, pathways, decorative elements, soil preparation, planting, lighting, and related work.

The customer may be responsible for obtaining permissions, approvals, structural assessments, or other legal requirements where applicable unless PFS has expressly agreed to handle them.

  1. EVENT AND FLORAL SERVICES

Event-related services such as honeymoon bed arrangements, wedding car decorations, VIP welcome arrangements, floral flooring, and temporary gardening are customized services.

Final designs may vary according to:

• Flower availability
• Seasonal conditions
• Venue requirements
• Customer-selected theme
• Color availability
• Transportation
• Setup conditions
• Safety requirements

Reference photographs and designs are examples and may not be reproduced exactly.

  1. CUSTOMER APPROVAL

For customized projects, PFS may provide designs, concepts, plant selections, material selections, or other specifications for customer approval.

Once approved, changes may result in additional costs or schedule adjustments.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Customers may request cancellation of a service or order.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, service type, work completed, materials purchased, special orders, labor commitments, and applicable cancellation terms.

Please refer to the PFS Refund Policy for detailed information.

  1. SERVICE QUALITY AND CORRECTIONS

PFS aims to provide services according to the agreed scope and professional standards.

If a customer believes that a service has not been completed according to the agreed scope, the customer should notify PFS promptly.

Where appropriate, PFS may inspect the work and provide reasonable corrective action.
